Data we process

When you send a request, we may process name, phone number, optional email, selected service, message content, vehicle information you provide, IP/technical metadata from the form provider and communication history.

Purpose

We process data to respond to service requests, prepare a quote, book a service visit, provide automotive services, communicate with customers and meet legal/accounting obligations.

Legal basis

Processing is based on pre-contractual communication, contract performance, legitimate interest in customer communication and legal obligations where applicable.

Form provider

The form is prepared for a third-party form backend such as Formspree. If enabled, submitted data is transmitted to that provider for delivery to DriveWorks. Check and add the final provider details before launch.

Retention

Request data is kept only as long as necessary to handle the request and related service communication, unless longer retention is required by law.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. Access should be limited to authorised persons only.
